Workshops

Workshops are age-irrelevant.  While many adults are drawn to my workshops for the cathartic and therapeutic effects of creativity, which ultimately allow for personal and artistic growth, I have also presented some of my workshops to kids and teens who just want to have fun!

Whether you are a part of a group or an individual, I'm sure I have a workshop that will suit your needs.

Mission Statement

There are many of us who still don’t know “what we want to be when we grow up.” We may even have achieved a certain degree of “success,” but we are still not content. This workshop guides participants through a process in which their life’s purpose becomes clear. Once clarity is established, it becomes easier to direct our energies toward that goal!

Treasure Mapping

This exercise focuses on a single goal in your life. After a series of inquiries and exercises, participants are encouraged to create a collage, which will serve as a constant reminder of their chosen goal.

Collage

Similar to Treasure Mapping except that the exercises are more general in nature. Participants create a collage of randomly chosen images, quotes or anything else that appeals to them. Upon completion the collage will usually indicate common threads in a person’s life, which helps them to discover their true purpose (calling).

This is Your Life

A journaling/scrapbooking workshop geared toward the cancer patient and their families.
No doubt you have accomplished a great many things of which you are proud.
Now is the time to remind yourself and your family of these milestones! The most important component of any treatment plan is the maintenance of a positive attitude. Our objective in offering this workshop is to bring together a group of individuals in a supportive, nurturing environment where they will create a scrapbook of their lives.
